The Goods Shed Market, MacDonagh Junction, Kilkenny, is a mix of eclectic market syle stores, offering a unique shopping experience. The Goods Shed Market continues to evolve and is very much a work in progress with new arrivals adding to the eclectic mix of the licensees. It is fast becoming a little “village” within the overall scheme of the South East’s largest shopping centre at MacDonagh Junction.

Textboxdesign developed and coded the website, and designed their online identity to reflect their new branding.

Goods Shed Gallery

The iconic Goods Shed has been renovated into a fantastic walkthrough building with a mix of eclectic market-style stores.

A gallery section was developed to show shots of the exterior and the stores.

Goods Shed History

The Goods Shed building itself was erected in 1847 by the Railway Company

 

The building lay decaying for a number of years until the developers of MacDonagh Junction Shopping Centre came along and completely restored the building to its former glory.
